There are more than 1600 Beta Beta Alumni that essential support to both the growth of the undergraduate members and to the maintenance of chapter facility. The effort to advise and assist with chapter operations is organized by the Alumni Advisory Board, while the oversight of the chapter facility is conducted by the Housing Corporation.

In the early 2010s, the Grand Chapter created the Alumni Advisory Board to expand the support chapter officers. The goal was to split the responsibilities and duties of the traditional singular advisor model across several alumnus, and to provide more direct support for each chapter officer.
As a result, the Beta Beta Chapter Alumni Advisory Board was created with the following missing statement:

The Beta Beta Alumni Advisory Board was recognized by Sigma Nu Nationals as one of the top Advisory Board for the 2019-2020 Academic Year for the third straight year.
Despite the unique challenges COVID-19 presents for the chapter during the 2020 - 2021 academic year the AAB plans to continue to support each officer by having regular video and phone advising calls, facilitating LEAD sessions, and by connecting alumni to the chapter.
