LEAD Educational Program

Sigma Nu's Leadership Ethics Achievement Development, LEAD, program is a tool used by Beta Beta to supplement the collegiate education. There are four phases of the program that are meant to align with the each year a member is in the chapter. The four phases are:

• Phase I - The Way of Honor
• Phase II - The Life of Love
• Phase III - The Light of Truth 
• Phase IV - The End... The Beginning 

Within each phase there are a series of educational sessions focused on guess facilitated workshops. Past Beta Beta guest facilitators include the Major of Greencastle, VP of Student Life, Dean of Exponential Learning, Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life, the Mid-Centra Beta Division Commander, and numerous alumni volunteers.
